Machines with no moving parts, really? How is that even possible? C’mon man. That’s got to be a joke, right? Well, actually….

Since I was a very young child I have been fascinated with machines that have no moving parts. At first the very idea seems ludicrous. How can a machine with no moving parts do anything useful? But some of the world’s most marvelous machines actually have no moving parts. The first one I remember understanding was my mother’s 30 cup coffee percolator.

This website is dedicated to promoting machines with no moving parts.
